📌 My Roots

My journey began inside my family's print production company, Garcia, Plaja y Asociados, where I helped deliver some of Puerto Rico’s most iconic campaigns for Schaefer, Budweiser, Coors Light, Don Q, Shakira, Ricky Martin, and more. We built real connections through live activations, street-level campaigns, guerrilla marketing and cultural events — not just ads. That DNA shaped everything I do today.

As founder of Pino’s Media Lab (PML), I created The 8 Metric Pillars Methodology, a personal and business performance framework focused on:

🎓 Currently pursuing my Ed.D. in Career & Technical Education Leadership at UW-Stout, where I’m focused on future-ready workforce models, certificate-based microcredentials, and entrepreneurial CTE pathways.
